FAQs

  1. What areas do you cover for rental products?
    Our area covers most of the Yorkshire reigon to include all the major towns and cities plus Nottingham and Derby and over as far as Manchester. (See our coverage map for details)
  2. How long is the rental period of your contracts?
    All our contracts are a minimum 18 month rental agreement with the exclusion of student rental which is nine months.
  3. How long will it be from my rental application being accepted to the equipment being delivered to my home?
    We aim to deliver within 2/3 days of your application being accepted.
  4. What payments methods are available for me to pay my rental?
    We cam pffer a regular monthly direct debit payment, a payment card to pay at any 'Pay Zone' pay point or a payment meter can be fitted to the products subject to the credit check information.
  5. Do I have to pay the first months rental?
    We offer the first months rental for free, so it couldn't be easier to rent.
  6. Will the equipment be new or reconditioned?
    We offer quality re-furbished equipment and new products for rental depending on your requirements and subject to credit status.
  7. If I do not have house insurance, can you insure my equipment for me in case it is stolen?
    We can offer insurance for theft of your product for just £4 per item per month (Terms and Conditions apply)
  8. What happens if my television or washing machine breaks down?
    We aim to give same day service if you call before 10am and if the engineer can not resolve the fault in your homr, we will leave you a loan product until yours can be repaired! So you never have to worry about being without your products.
  9. Can I rent more equipment at any time?
    After 3 months you can add on more rental items to your rental account.
  10. When can I update my equipment?
    We can offer an update every 18 months, so you never have to worry about your equipment being outdated again.
  11. What if I want to end my agreement?
    If at the end of your 18 month minimum rental agreement, you want to return the goods to us, please give us a call first so we can discuss your account and maybe we can update your products or offer you a better deal!
